I’m Brian James, a yoga teacher, integrative coach & musician.
I help people work through life's challenges by developing a daily practice that combines breath, movement and meditation, and offer holistic, non-judgmental support and guidance along the way.
I teach a breath-focused, therapeutically-oriented approach to hatha vinyasa yoga inspired by the teachings of T Krishnamacharya and TKV Desikachar and informed by my interest in shamanism and western psychotherapy.
My coaching method is rooted in the belief that we each hold the answers to life's most difficult questions: “Who am I really?” “What do I really want?” “What's my purpose?”. I help clients find the answers within themselves through a process of compassionate inquiry in a context of unconditional non-judgmental support.
