Hatha Yoga is your participation in the union of opposites, which reveals the source of all opposites. Vinyasa Yoga is an efficient and adaptable method of practicing Hatha Yoga developed by the great yoga scholar and practitioner, T. Krishnamacharya. His son, TKV Desikachar, further refined his father‘s teachings to make them more accessible to modern people with an emphasis on therapeutic applications.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines the practices of asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, chanting and meditation in a seamless and efficient practice. These practices, when applied consistently and with proper guidance, help to clarify and stabilize the mind, resulting in less reactivity and more insight, openness and creativity.
